Administrator: Jennifer Fairbank, RN

Jennifer Fairbank, RN, BSN has 20 years of experience in healthcare, nursing, quality assurance and nursing home administration. She is a certified as both a nursing home administrator and an assisted living administrator. Her nursing experience includes hospital based acute care and outpatient OB/Gyn care.

Director of Admissions: Reginald Wilcox

Reginald brings a total of 20 years of experience in the healthcare field working both as a Clinician and as an Administrator. Reginald will be responsible for intake and admissions, informing perspective patients and their family members about the facility, as well as being responsible for patient satisfaction.

Reginald has strong leadership skills; he was elected to Chair the Total Team Emergency Care Committee at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was a skilled member of the patient care team and demonstrated deserved pride in his efforts. He was a leader at work and his peers looked to him for direction. During his tenure, the patient satisfaction scores in most categories improved by 8-12% points in an environment as fast paced as the emergency room for a level one trauma center.

Most recently, Reginald was the Clinic Administrator for the first Massage Envy franchise in the State of Rhode Island. He was responsible for marketing, staffing and day-to-day operations of the clinic. Massage Envy promotes therapeutic massage in the form of a health and wellness program.

Reginald is a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership. He also received his Liberal Arts Degree from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio.

Director of Nursing Services: Timothy Lantry

Timothy Lantry MBA, MSN, RN, has worked in health care for the past 9 years. He has experiences in skilled care as a Director of Nurses, Assistant Director of Nurses and Unit Manager positions. Tim is responsible for the entire Nursing Department at South County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Timothy also has 18 years management experience in the utility profession.

Timothy obtained his MS in Nursing at the University of Connecticut and MBA at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts.

Rehabilitation Director: Joni Hodges

Joni Hodges is a Speech Language Pathologist and Rehabilitation Director at South County Nursing and Rehab Center in North Kingstown, RI. She graduated from an accelerated program at Emerson College in Boston, MA where she earned both her Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders and her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Joni also holds a specialty certificate in Gerontology from the Geriatric Education Center at University of Rhode Island. She has been a SLP since 1995 and has worked in many settings and with a variety of diagnosis from newborns to the geriatric population. Her areas of specialty include neurological rehabilitation, dysphagia, and program development for Dementia. Her passion is to continue to use her clinical and managerial skills to improve the quality of life of our aging population.

Director of Social Services: Roy Harley

Roy Harley has over 9 years in health care experience. He holds an associate degree in arts and a BA in anthropology and sociology, as well as a graduate certificate in health services administration.
