Administrator: Jennifer Fairbank, RN

Jennifer Fairbank, RN, BSN has 20 years of experience in healthcare, nursing, quality assurance and nursing home administration. She is a certified as both a nursing home administrator and an assisted living administrator. Her nursing experience includes hospital based acute care and outpatient OB/Gyn care.

Director of Admissions: Cheryl Ferreira, LPN

Cheryl has over thirteen years of nursing experience and has spent the last four years in sales and marketing. She has worked for different Infusion Companies as a Liaison and has covered territories in RI, Southeastern MA, Cape Cod, and Boston. She has previously worked at MASS General Hospital as a Liaison with one of the top IV Companies and has developed close relationships with Case Managers in each hospital. Cherly is very ambitious, takes pride in her work, and her goal is to discharge patients in a safe and timely manner.

Director of Nursing Services: Carol Rondeau

Carol Rondeau has worked in health care for over 27 years. She is an experienced skilled care unit manager and is responsible for MDS and care plans. Her experience also includes working as a Medicare coordinator where she monitored Medicare billing and documentation.

Rehabilitation Director: Jennifer Lee

Jennifer is a Physical Therapist and the Rehabilitation Director at South County. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1998 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Jennifer has spent the entirety of her career meeting the unique challenges and needs of the geriatric population. Jennifer's areas of specialty include neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, and home safety. She is proud to lead the dedicated rehab staff at South County as they continue to achieve excellence in patient care.

Director of Social Services: Roy Harley

Roy Harley has over 9 years in health care experience. He holds an associate degree in arts and a BA in anthropology and sociology, as well as a graduate certificate in health services administration.
